Supporting Indonesian Migrant Workers Through Education
Anderbond is a non-profit education initiative dedicated to empowering Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) in South Korea through accessible learning programs. Our mission is to help every worker gain valuable skills that open new opportunities beyond their employment contracts.
Many Indonesian workers in Korea face challenges such as language barriers, limited access to education, and social isolation. Anderbond addresses these challenges by offering free online classes, community support programs, and basic digital literacy workshops — all tailored specifically to the needs of PMIs.
Free Language & Digital Skills Courses
Anderbond offers regular online courses in Korean language, English conversation, and essential computer skills (MS Office, Google Docs, Email, etc). Courses are delivered remotely on weekends, making them suitable for busy work schedules.
Participants receive digital certificates, which can help them transition to better roles or prepare for life after their overseas contracts.
Community and Mental Health Support
Beyond education, Anderbond also facilitates peer groups, mental health sessions, and basic legal awareness programs for migrant workers. We believe that education includes emotional and legal well-being, especially for workers far from home.
